Which countries do you mainly sell to? Our main markets are Europe, U.S. & Canada, South America, Austrlia & New Zealand.

Can you design and develop in house？ Yes, we have four groups in our product designing: marketing, designing, drawing and sampling who are full of innate artistic ability, sensitivity to fashion trends and rich experience on product development.

Do you have copyrights and patents? We have copyrights and patents for dozens of home creation products in China & EU.

Have your products been tested? RIMEMO tests both the incoming materials and final products. We random test twice a year for raw materials to ensure the incoming quality and also test PAHS, PHTHALATES, EN71 or CPSIA on various final products in ITS or SG

Are your products environmentally friendly? Our product are environmentally friendly since the main materials are wood, cork, iron, glass and paper.

Do you have free samples after ordering? Yes, we could supply free samples upon orders, but under fright collect.

Can we customize our own packaging? We are flexible on supplying customized packaging. Please contact our sales for details.

What is your way of packing? The normal packing is standard carton box for sea transportation. If mail order packing required for each item, please inform our sales to add the extra packing cost on the photo quotation.

What curriencies can I use? Normally we use US$ as the basic curriency. Other options may also acceptable, please check with our sales to see the possibilities.

What payment methods do you accept? Basiclly, we only accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) payment, 30% deposit before production + 70% balance against copy of B/L (Bill of Loading). Please check with our salss for detail information.

What charges do we have to pay for imports? Under FOB terms, we cover all the cost until the goods being loaded on board. Client needs to pay the sea freight, insurance and all the local charge & tax.

Which countries do you ship to? We could ship to any major cities of most of the countries.

Where is the port of departure? Most of the orders are shipped from Shanghai, China.

What if there is any quality problem? We guarantee one year warranty of our shipped products. Please supply the photos of the defected items with quantity to our sales for compensation.

Will photos of the bulk be sent before shipment? Yes, it is one of the essential step to send clients detailed photos from individual product to the whole bulk before shipment.

How do you keep the steady product quality? The steady product quality comes from qualified management, standard process, experienced worker and strict quality control which have been carried out and kept improving during the past 20 years.
